The equipment on our shelves is only the beginning!  We’ve got all the state-of-the art stuff, but it’s the support you get from AVI, the It’s All Very Important company, that will make your show absolutely stellar.

Our staff is trained through ICIA-sponsored programs to deliver Expert Technical assistance.

We provide 24 hour technical support for every rental we have in the field. This is really true. AVI staff who know what they are talking about are available evenings, weekends, and even on holidays to help you on your event, even advising you remotely.

All deliveries and set-ups are handled by trained AV personnel and we deliver anywhere in metro New York, including New Jersey and Connecticut.

 We can also ship items beyond the New York tri-state area.
